1. Payment Transactions Between Rider and Driver

  • Direct Payment Responsibility: All payment transactions between riders and drivers are conducted independently of the HiRide platform. The payment method, amount, and terms are solely the responsibility of the parties involved and should be agreed upon mutually. HiRide does not facilitate or mediate these transactions.

  • No Liability: HiRide is not liable for any disputes, discrepancies, or issues arising from payments between riders and drivers. We strongly recommend that both parties clarify payment details before the journey begins.

2. Payments on the HiRide App

  • App-Based Purchases: Any payments for subscriptions, packages, or other services offered by HiRide must be completed through our app. This includes, but is not limited to, premium memberships, booking packages, and other in-app purchases.

  • Secure Transactions: All payments made within the HiRide app are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways. Users are encouraged to review all payment details before completing a transaction.

3. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: HiRide maintains a strict no-refund policy for all services purchased through the app. Once a payment is made for any subscription, package, or service, it is considered final, and no refunds, returns, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Subscription Modifications: Users are advised to thoroughly review the terms of any subscription or package before purchase. Any modifications or upgrades to subscriptions must be done within the app, and no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the services.
